Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per data entry).

The Stipend has an incentives-based component so excellent candidates can earn much more than the fixed stipend. Incentives are based on the quality of outcomes from the candidate's outreach to the businesses, including inducing new vendors to share their detailed profiles with us. Interns would be given INR50 per vendor data collected. Let's say if the Intern collects data for 200 vendors in a month, (s)he would get a 10k incentive along with a fixed stipend.
