Medical Coordination Job in SuperTails at Bangalore

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate between pet parents over WhatsApp or call to help them book an appointment with a vet
2. Consolidate the patient's medical history in the form of images/videos or records related to the case
3. Manage the doctor's calendar and their appointments
4. Remind the doctor of upcoming consultations and provide them the necessary information to prepare beforehand
5. Attend the consultations and make sure that they are recorded
6. Coordinate with the doctor, send out the prescription and treatment plan to the pet parent
7. Explain the prescription and treatment to the pet parent after the call to ensure they know exactly what to do
8. Follow up with the pet parent to check if the pet is recovering, and if not, book another appointment with the vet
9. Collect feedback and ensure all records are well-maintained
