Job Description
- Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing is looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Medical records summarization / Medical Underwriting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality checks and summarizing medical records for US Law Firms / Insurance Companies/ Hospitals.
- Manage a team of writers/ summarizers
- Adhere to production and quality milestones.
- Field customer complaints and work with internal team to resolve.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate with appropriate team members.
- Should have 1-4 years of experience in quality checks/ summarizing medical/medico-legal records for US Law firms and Life Insurance Companies.
- Should be able to analyze multiple medical reports/medical data and prepare a concise and accurate summary of the patient case history.
- Knowledge of complex disease conditions, treatments, tests, and medications.
- Sound knowledge of Medical terminologies
- Must have excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Candidates with prior work experience of summarizing medical records for jurisdictions like Canada, UK, and Australia will be preferred.
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Life sciences, Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), BHMS, B. Pharm, MBBS, MD.
