Job Description

Network Design & Planning:Develop FTTH network designs using GIS-based layouts and tools like AutoCAD.
Create detailed fiber route plans and duct layouts.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Project Execution & Management:Support and guide field teams during the implementation of fiber laying, splicing, and testing.
Coordinate with survey teams to validate site data and ensure availability of Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) materials.
Secure necessary Right of Way (ROW) permissions for project execution.
Manage and coordinate with multiple external partners (TOCOs) and internal stakeholders (transport, marketing, planning teams) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:Ensure compliance with telecom, quality, and safety standards throughout the project.
Conduct audits to maintain network quality and ensure processes adhere to standards.
Support the resolution of issues to achieve "First Time Right" rollouts with zero non-compliance.
Technical Support & Optimization:Provide technical guidance to field teams for installation and operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve fiber breaks, signal losses, and connectivity issues.
Optimize fiber usage, split ratios, and the placement of OLT/ONT equipment.
Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and submit design plans for client approvals.
Generate timely invoices for partners and manage Work Completion Reports (WCRs).
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and procedures.
