Job Description

Wanted Motor and Pumps Production Assistant.

Eligibility: 10th / +2 / ITI / Diploma

Gender: - Male/Female

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Accommodation: Free

Local candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and Production Support:

Assist in the assembly of motors and pumps by following detailed instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Work with the production team to ensure the efficient assembly of components, including motors, casings, rotors, and other parts.
Ensure that all parts are properly aligned and fitted during the assembly process to ensure the proper function of the pumps and motors.
Assist in handling, moving, and organizing production materials and tools required for the assembly of motors and pumps.

2. Machine Setup and Operation:

Assist in setting up machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing and assembly of motors and pumps, ensuring that all machines are properly calibrated and adjusted for the production runs.
Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process (e.g., grinders, presses, assembly stations) under supervision.
Monitor machine operations and production lines to ensure smooth production without interruptions.

3. Quality Control and Inspection:

Perform visual inspections of assembled motors and pumps, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards.
Assist with measuring and testing motors and pumps to ensure they meet performance standards, using tools like calipers, gauges, and pressure testing equipment.
Identify any defects or quality issues in the product and report them to the supervisor for further inspection or correction.
Participate in final product testing, including checking the functionality of motors and pumps by running tests to ensure optimal operation.

4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Assist in basic maintenance tasks of equipment and machinery, including routine cleaning and lubrication.
Help troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues or malfunctions during the production process to minimize downtime.
Report any complex mechanical issues to the senior technician or maintenance team for repairs.

5. Material Handling and Inventory:

Assist in the organization and inventory management of materials, including raw materials, components, and finished products.
Help maintain accurate records of materials used in production to ensure proper stock levels and minimize shortages.
Ensure that all materials and components are stored correctly and are ready for use when needed.

6. Safety and Compliance:

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during the manufacturing process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Adhere to industry and company standards related to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

7. Team Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with other production assistants, technicians, and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding any production challenges or needs for adjustments.
Assist in training new employees and helping them understand the production processes and safety guidelines.
