Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, ordering supplies, and organizing storage areas
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents and records
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
