Job Position- Office Assistant
Job Contract: 2 Years
Job Nature- Office (Inside)
Salary- 7500 to 8000 per month.
Timing - 9:30 Am to 5:00 Pm.
Experience Required- 0 Years ( Training will be provided to right candidates)
Education- B.Com ( Passed or Failed). Computer knowledge is must. Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
Residential Location preferred- Palakkad
Responsibilities and Duties
(1). She is responsible for Record keeping both in Hard copies, Soft copies and software entry.
(2) Responsible for handling Gold Loans ( Training will be provided on corresponding).
(3) Responsible for handling Chit funds entry (Hard Copies, soft copies and software entry).
(4) She is responsible for Daily, Monthly and Yearly reports.
(5) Responsible to handle all phone calls and Emails respectively.
(6) Maintain Petty cash and generate reports daily.
(7) Responsible for printing and stationary items purchase order preparation.
(8) Firm License, tax filing, GST filing and monitoring and send reminder to corresponding point.
(9) Coordinate with Mg Partner for chitty Auction.
(10) Taking care of chitty minutes and remind to the corresponding Authority.
(11) Responsible for all Accounts related entries( Both Chits and Finance).
Reporting To-Managing Partner.
Joining time with Us- 1 Month

Education- B.Com ( Passed or Failed). Computer knowledge is must. Tally knowledge is added advantage.
We dont required any job experience, we are ready to provide training which will be an on the job... but we are looking for a quick learner.
