Job Description
- Manage a team of in the assigned district in all areas of their employment:
- Communicate team objectives in ways that promote teamwork
- Prepare Daily Roasters for the field rides and assign daily tasks
- Monitor and manage daily work and provide training in areas that are necessary
- Conduct field rides and deliver timely and constructive feedback on quality and content of their calls as per expectations set by the client
- Create a team-oriented, productive and positive work environment by developing and mentoring individual and team meetings
- Manage conflict and employee relations on the team, engaging Human Resources when appropriate
- Provide administrative oversight –manage team members' attendance, approve time off, schedules, expense reports, etc.
- Must follow office Discipline in terms of Attendance, timings, security policy, data confidentiality and other policies and guidelines
- Familiar with MS Office and is comfortable in using Computer System
- Application Verification/check and document authentication
- Should be confident. Sincere, hardworking and should have positive attitude towards work
- Assertive, Enthusiastic, Self-motivated person to meet company needs
- Excellent & Effective oral communication as well as Aural skills
