Job Description:
SMERA is looking for candidates in with good communication & interpersonal skills for their Operations Team in Mumbai.
The candidate should be a graduate experienced in operations & admin with a fair understanding of the credit rating & financial sector.
The candidate shall responsible for :
· Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
· Coordinate with the Ratings, Analytical & Business Development Team
· Preparation of MIS
· Cold Calling Prospects & fixing meetings with all prospects & stakeholders
· Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
· Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude
- Good communication skills – English / Hindi / Marathi
- Ability to handle interactions with vendors, HODs, employees & other stakeholders.
- Ownership of the job assigned and the attitude to get things done.
