Post-Doctoral Openings recruitment in Dr. Reddy's Institute of Life Science purely on temporary
Eligibility :
The candidates should have PhD in Modern Organic Synthesis/Medicinal Chemistry and should be able to actively participate in design and synthesis of novel small molecules based on one of the following collaborative research programs:
1. Design and synthesis of highly selective, novel small molecule inhibitors of specific phosphatase-based protein-protein interactions. In collaboration with Professor Michel Tremblay, Biochemistry, McGill University, Canada.
2. Design and synthesis of highly selective bromo-domains for further developing active small molecules for combating various neurological disorders. In collaboration with Professor Steve Haggarty, Mass Gen Hospital, Harvard University, Boston, USA.

Salary and benefits : As per DST SERB guidelines
Period and start time : The positions are open for three years but initially the appointed will be made for one year only. Tentative start date: February 15-end, 2017.
