Job Description
- JD for Process Associate:
- Follow the Daily Audit process (as instructed below) & Deliver the Assigned tasks in time, with accuracy.
- Audit process: Inspect & Analyse if RQ and Sprint data is matching, if not we need to highlight the discrepancies to client.
- Daily audit summary report to be sent to clients.
- Commission & Charge back Research to help Commission team finalize the Sprint commission.
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Customer service orientation
- Team Player Education and Experience -
- Minimum 0 to 6 months Experience
- Any Graduate (Even PU candidates is fine).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Databases
