Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the product team, drive the product strategy and execute on the prioritized roadmapfor the product area.

Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, design and other teams toship major features and product improvements.

Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics.

To gather, analyze and distribute intelligence on products, competitors and customerbehavior across different platforms to drive product and business decision-making.

Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframesand workflows.

Define clear and well-scoped requirement documents that are easily understood bytechnical and non-technical audiences.

Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams tounderstand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions.

Learn everything about the customers through data and use it to drive the productdecisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business todevelop launch strategy, product messaging and training.

Working on experience of product for the entire product journey, from planning tohandovers to testing to measurement.

Identify market opportunities with research and competitive analysis and integrate it intoproduct requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Analyze complex use cases with experience in using analytics platforms to understandproduct usability and break them down to simplify user experience.

To open new possibilities to our customers and partners through right vision, creativity,and business skills.

Be the guardian of customer experience and place customer first, even when relentlesslydriving business growth for business and operations.Expected Competencies | Skills

BTech/ MTech in Computer Sciences, from premier colleges such as IITs, BITSPilani, NITs and others appearing in Top 50 in National Engineering CollegeRankings.

Experience in relevant Tech industry e.g. Telecom, Semiconductors, Software,Image processing and Databases is preferable.

5-8 years of relevant experience in software development.

2-3 years of relevant experience as a team lead.

Experience in Artificial Intelligence technology.

Experience in Machine learning.

Experience with software development, data science, data analysis, machinelearning, blockchain and programming is preferable.
