Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate and Coordinate with key stakeholders across Middle East & Africa region projects (Key stakeholders - PMO, CPM etc.) for data collection, tracking milestones.
· Collection, Manage and Analysis of data using various tools like excel, Power BI etc. in a structured templates.
· Manage data & Reporting for various domains like People, Financial, Cost improvement levers, Forecasting, Cockpit dashboard, Risks, minutes, key actions etc.
· Create & highlight’s various data points, observations, comparisons through innovative and effective views, templates with excel, power point, power BI etc.
· Accountable for quality and accuracy of data and analysis.
· Focus on adapting to perform, produce results and getting things done in the presence of ambiguity and adjusting working environments.
Mandatory Skills and attributes of the program coordinator
· Expert in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power point etc.)
· Hands-on & Good understanding of Power BI
· Basic understanding of project management/business will be preferred.
· Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, across different countries and organisations being both willing to seek and provide support.
Qualifications & Experience :
· Person should possess Graduate or equivalent degree. Preferably engineering graduate.
· Person should understand basic Telecom technologies / domains and network.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in handling project coordination, data analysis and management reporting in telecom environment.
