Proposal Writer Jobs in Noida - COGENT Infotech Corporation

• We are looking for a determined, motivated Proposal Writer to add to our growing team in Noida. 
  
• This individual will be working on key proposals for US Based Clients including State/Federal Government and Fortune 1000 companies.
  
• To succeed in this role, you must have great writing skills, a keen interest helping write winning proposals for key customers and be able to provide a top product under strict deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review Solicitation documents to develop proposal plan and kickoff materials;
  
• Develop proposal outline, compliance matrix, and proposal schedule;
  
• Gather information by interviewing Subject Matter Experts and write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, past performance/qualification summaries and resumes;
  
• Review/rewrite proposal inputs and coordinates with management personnel to ensure accuracy;
  
• Preparing and copywriting/editing proposals and related documents for completeness and compliance with editorial standards and proposal formatting/composition;
  
• Coordinate proposal reviews, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements;
  
• Create and maintain boilerplate database;
  
• Maintain inventory of all opportunities- past, present and future;
  
• Maintain contract matrix and keep past performance information up to date;
  
• Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintain proposal support databases;
  
• Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinate submissions and collections; identify and communicate risks associated with proposals;

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a technical discipline.
  
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Previous experience in IT/Staffing industry.
  
• Previous experience in US market.
