1.    Quality assurance department plan manpower planning & inspection of springs required to dispatch as per customer schedule.

2.    Maintaining ISO 9001-2016/IATF16949:2016 procedures & all customer requirements regarding quality.

3.    Maintaining the PPM of spring division as per customer’s requirement.

4.    Maintaining Schedule compliance of spring division.

5.    Arranging the efficient use of Man, Machine, and Material & Housekeeping of a plant.

6.    Action and close all customer complaints

7.    Attend client quality management meetings

8.    Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements

9.    Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained. 

10.  To select the special characteristic’s in the process as per customer requirements.

11.  To prepares and control Quality Manual.

12.  To prepare, approve and control procedures

13.  To set quality objectives and the training related concern.

14.  To plan and conducts Internal Quality Audits.

15.  To report Internal Quality Audit findings in Management Review.

16.  To report General Manager on the performance of Quality systems.

17.  To take corrective and preventive actions on non-conformance and internal rejections.

18.  To liaison with the customer for Quality System audit.

19.  Achieving the desired results as decided by management or higher authority within the stipulated time frame.

20.  Must able to hold team member accountable.

21.  Capable of delegating things effectively.

22.  Must able to implement and sustain the world-class manufacturing systems.

23.  Must able to ensure basic systems like IATF, TPM, LEAN, and customer-specific requirements.

Prior experience of handling people and facing audits.

Candidates from the spring Industry are preferable

Authorities:

1.    To stop shipment to correct the quality problems.

2.    To formulate organizational policies

3.    To stop the machine in case nonconformance are produced.

4.    To ask questions to contractors regarding quality issues to stop their machine.
