Experience:
- Smart Recruitment Professionals with a minimum of 6 months to 2 yrs of work experience in IT recruitment
- Fresher’s with good communication and right attitude, willing to be a part of the larger organization.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment
- Screening of candidates to check their interest and fitment.
- Sourcing profiles based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as Linkedin, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
- Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
- Follow-ups with candidates for status.
- Delivering numbers as per the Requirement
- Taking 1st round of HR interview and keep in contact till the final selection of the candidate
- Preparing documentation of the employees
- Managing documents file of each employee in the company
- Taking daily attendance of each employee and preparing attendance report in every month end
- Leave approval of the employee and Managing leave data of each employee
- Planning and executing festival celebration in the company for the employee engagement
- Planning and executing different activity in the company for employee motivation
- Managing employee data in Excel sheet
