Job Description

The following are the key deliverables.
Co-ordinate with the team of regional telesales & ensure 100% lead conversions are made.
Responsible for recruiting talent as full time or free lancers, and ensure optimum leads are fed to their bucket.
Work Closely with the Regional Managers, Customer Service Managers in regions to generate leads for conversion
Also concentrating on outbound wedding business sourcing through tie ups with wedding halls, Hotels, greeting card printers etc., for the regions
Wedding Photography targets/Alliance photography targets to be met
Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly
Develop regular MIS reports on targets
Lead internal review meetings for sales
Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
