Job Summary

Good Communication & Convincing skills
Responsible for handling inbound tour operations
Receiving a call and assisting Domestic clients and responsible for smooth services.
Itinerary making and costing
Attending Phone call from Direct Clients / Agents
Sending a package to Direct Clients / Agents
Do Follow up
Giving and managing bookings to hotels/ airlines/ transporters/ local guides etc.
Keeping in regular touch with partners and service providers to ensure smooth operation of files.
Customer service interaction before, during and after file operations

Responsibilities and Duties

Handling Client's / Agents (By Phone / Email)

Daily Mail follow up
Making Package (Itinerary & Costing)
Hotel Booking
Issuing Service Voucher

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate
Travel & Tourism degree holder will get added benefits.
Computer Knowledge (Internet, Ms- Office & Mail)
