Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering cutting edge solution in automation, HVAC integration and cleanroom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Client Engagement:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Address client inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Male candidate residing in Hyderabad.
Graduate with 1-3 years of field sales experience(preferably HVAC/Cleanroom).
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Own a 2 wheeler
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English and local languages.
Experience in relevant sector.
