Job Description
Role & Responsibilities of Sales executive.
OBJECTIVES:-
OBJECTIVES:-
- Increase Turn over.
- Reduce Customer complaint.
- Periodical visit to Customers.
- Make at least two calls daily to Prospective Customers and give feed Back.
- Obtain Necessary Data from Customers for Preparation of offer.
- Ensure offers are sent to Customers Promptly.
- Ensure to Submit Daily call Reports-Must contain all relevant information.
- Coordinate with Service Team for Efficient handling of customers.
- Coordinate with Commercial for Prompt Execution of orders.
- Follow up payments.
- Attend weekly Review Meetings.
- Discuss Customer Issues promptly with Sales managers.
