Job Description
1. Prospecting
•Connecting with customers on a daily basis and briefing them about the properties, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.•Acquiring new customers from the market
through networking and other different marketing strategies
•Creating
marketing plans and their execution
•Generating
leads through different sources
•Constant
follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for site visits
•Developing
sales strategies and visualizing the set targets until accomplishment
Handling customers at sales office,
coordinating with walk-in customers, channel partners, etc.
2.
Sales Closing
• Offering sales quotations through mail
•
Closing a
customer on the basis of their requirements
•
Generating Sales
Revenues for the Organization
3. After Sales Service
• Login Customers booking in CRM Department• Follow-up for
payments or dues
• Ensuring on
time Register of the sold properties
• Ensuring the
property delivery with all proper work done
• Interact with
customers to know their problems, including pre & post sales services related to documentation, loan, possession,
handover etc.
4. Channel Sales Development
• Identify new channel partners from market & connect them to company along with their registration.• Generating revenue through channel sales
• Finding and
meeting new channels every month
• Providing assistance
and services to the channel partners
