- Heading sales and marketing for multiple project’s (Villas and apartments / flats)
- Managing channel partners.
- Developing new Business partners.
- Highly involved in Negotiation, sales closureand sales planning
- Committed and delivered monthly/Yearly sales targets .
- Maintaining high customer relation for maximum customer referral.
- Coach the team for lead generation, customer handling, site visit and objection handling.
- Handled Team of 20+ people.
- Responsible for sales training for new sales team.
- Training teams on Sales Presentation.
