The responsibility of this post shall be
- Start the order process filling the required format.
- Acknowledging the order by mail with the customer.
- Maintaining the records both hard and soft copies.
- Interact with stores/ production for stock availability
- Interaction with procurement department.
- Interaction with Quality department. Maintain ISO records
- Interaction with Accounts department for involving, sending proforma invoices to customers, tracking payments and C forms.
- Arranging dispatches with the help of Stores. Organising road permits from the customers and sending the dispatch details to customers by mail.
