Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and develop effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, and offline methods to attract customers.

3. Product Promotion & Branding:

Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, and online content.

4. Reporting & Strategy Development:

Track and analyze sales and marketing performance.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales progress and market insights.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize strategies.
