Scanning and Data Entry of pages provided by Office, rescan work.

Taking files form office pinning unpinning stapling scanning Data entry.

Data uploading, data handling, taking signoff letter.

Coordinating with office team and client team.

Scanning of all prepped documents, which may include document sorting, counting, and page separation.

Adherence to scanning instructions.

Scanner maintenance and cleaning.

Leave work area clean and neat at the end of every shift.

Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.

Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required.
