To build effective relationship of the Organisation with schools in Bangalore and in nearby towns, with the specific goal of getting more teachers enrolled in sustained programs and also other programs designed and delivered by the Organisation
To market the short-term programs that Organisation would conduct and gain as many teachers/ heads for all these programs.
Preparing/ reviewing all marketing materials for ‘winning’ the support of key decision makers in schools like principals, boards, teachers etc,
Monitoring and ensuring that the right level of school contacts as per the plan are maintained by each coordinator. Enable the coordinators in cities where Organisation has a presence to reach their agreed upon targets of securing batches of teachers for TTF’s programs
Taking personal charge of relationship of all chain schools and select schools as per the alignment with the Senior Team and constantly modifying approach where required to ensure that the interaction with the schools is updated and changing based on whatever is not working
Reviewing the Organisation's website to ensure it creates the right relationship and connect and image with stakeholders
Visiting a wide variety of Schools to market Organisation's programs and get the pulse of what schools need
Organizing PR/ any other activities including one major event per year that may be required to ensure that the Organisation engages with the larger education community as a thought leader at the agreed costs.
Identifying sponsorships for key events of the Organisation
Contacting the CSR wings of at least 10 corporate companies each year to explore the potential for getting funds
