Job Description

Role & Responsibilities


1.            Responsible for the P & L of the centre

2.            Responsible for the Revenue generation at the centre as per the defined target.

3.            Identify the potential schools and colleges in the territory and plan marketing activities to drive enquiries to the centre and generate sales from these institutions.

4.            Plan promotional and marketing activities ensure proper execution and results out of the same.

5.            To manage and derive results through on the various product and services offered at Manya.

6.            To drive upsell and cross sell of product (ACS, ELP) to the existing students.

7.            To coordinate with Admission lead and his team for the services and support required.

8.            Coordinate with the Faculty, Ops manager and ensure proper conduct of classes and ensure highest customer satisfaction index, scores and good WOM.

9.            Indent books and materials on a timely basis and ensure availability at all times and distribution on materials on times. Entry of data in NAV and ensure proper data management by self and team.

10.          Ensure collection of payments as per the company norms and deposit of the same on a timely basis.

11.          Proper data management in all front and communicating the same to all respective in charges.

12.          Proper functioning of the centre (on time opening and closing) and process at the centre and ensure at most satisfaction on scheduled and surprise audits.

13.          Stick to organisation norms and be flexible for change in roles and location.

14.          To ensure proper upkeep of the centre and infra.

15           Calling of database, fresh leads, qualified leads, and confined leads.

16.          Keep track of the calling activity, maintain data and report on a daily basis.

17.          Do a proper follow-up on the leads, stage by stage (cold, Warm and Hot) and generate walk-in to the centres

18.          To generate referrals from existing database , leads.

19.          To communicate to the database and leads through various means like, SMS, email, Whatsapp etc..'                                                                                                              

Preferred Skill sets

1. A good command of written as well as spoken English                                                                              

2. Willingness to learn and engage in all activities in the centre                                                                   

3. Team leader, preferred to have an accommodative leadership style. 

Additional Information:

Should be Target Oriented

All Saturdays & Sundays will be working days, Week off on any other day

Should be willing to relocate to any other centre on organisational requirement.
