Job Description
Position: Broadband Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new customers for broadband/internet services through field sales and direct marketing.
Visit residential and commercial areas to identify potential customers.
Explain broadband plans, pricing, benefits, and offers to customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and activation targets.
Collect required customer documents and complete the onboarding process.
Coordinate with the installation team for timely connection activation.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
Ensure good customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Eligibility:
Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate
Experience: 1+ year in Field Sales/Broadband/Telecom preferred.
Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, customer handling and target-oriented approach.
Age: Up to 30 years preferred.
Preferred Background: Telecom, Broadband, DTH, BFSI, FMCG or other Field Sales.
