Job Description
- Optimize content and posting strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in developing and scheduling engaging, brand-aligned posts
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Research current trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to enhance visibility
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community management
- Support campaign planning, influencer outreach, and brand collaborations
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to align visuals and messaging
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Platform Management:

Assist in managing daily operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Help maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all channels.
2. Content Planning and Creation:

Support the social media team in developing creative content calendars.

Assist in creating captions, hashtags, and social copy for various posts.

Collaborate with the design team to generate visually appealing graphics and videos for social platforms.
3. Engagement and Community Management:

Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions.

Respond to basic queries, comments, or concerns under supervision.

Engage with followers to increase community interaction and brand loyalty.
4. Social Media Optimization (SMO):

Learn and apply social media optimization strategies to boost reach and engagement.

Optimize post timings, hashtags, and content types based on analytics and trends.

Analyze best-performing content and suggest improvements to increase performance.
5. Analytics and Reporting:

Assist in tracking metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.

Help compile weekly or monthly performance reports using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, or Google Analytics.

Use findings to recommend content strategies or posting adjustments.
6. Trend Research and Competitor Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

Monitor competitor activity to identify content gaps or opportunities.

Suggest trending topics or formats (e.g., reels, stories, polls) for potential engagement.
