About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the social media platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn
2. Create at least 2 post a day & stories on all the media, to keep people informed about Tinkerama, and ignite their interest in STEM education
3. Come up with marketing events, live sessions, WhatsApp groups, etc to create a genuine following for the company and STEM education
4. Stay responsible for engaging with our followers, replying to their comments, etc. on all social media platforms
5. Think out of the box and create innovative authentic content for Tinkerama
6. Work on the wide distribution of the content, while following the policies of the company

2. can start the part time job/internship between 1st Apr'21 and 6th May'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per exceeding pre-set goals per month).

Note: We will have the goal of increasing the reach of the community by 10x in 3 months. An additional bonus is available if this target is met.
