About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing social media content & strategy
2. Identifying the brand's target audience, engaging with them, and building a tight-knit community
3. Monitoring brand mentions: answering inquiries, providing customer service, dispelling brand myths
4. Tracking monthly changes in social media statistics and adjusting strategy accordingly
5. Creating a link between your brand's social media presence and sales customer retention
6. Defining key social media KPIs and measuring the success of social media campaigns
7. Managing our social media pages and creating engaging content including but not limited to images, GIFs, videos, etc.
8. Identifying and executing a list of entities with whom we can collaborate and have a fruitful long-term partnership
9. Planning & executing other marketing experiments, organic marketing strategy
10. Working with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience
