The National Commission for Women proposes to engage Special Rapporteur on contract basis initially for a period of one year and extendable further depending on her/his performance up to the age of 65 years on consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only).
1. Name of Position: Special Rapporteur
2. Educational qualifications Mandatory:
i. Masters in any Social Sciences (Preference will be given to Gender Studies). With 5 (five) years experience in any organization engaged in Teaching/Research/Voluntary work (Preference will be given to Gender Studies). OR Ph.D in Social Science (Preference will be given to Gender Studies).
ii. With 3 (three) years experience in any organization engaged in Teaching/ Research Noluntary work (Preference will be given to Gender Studies).
3. Tenure & Remuneration: Initially for a period of one year and extendable further depending on her/his performance up to the age of 60 years on consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only). The Commission will have discretionary power to decide variation.
