Job Description

Ensure maintainance of correct book keeping practices
Maintain accurate accounts by expense head and revenue heads to ensure correct and timely closure of books
Ensure timely payment of the accounts payable such as supplier payments, material payment based on business priority to ensure smooth flow of operations
Proactively prioritize and coordinate with sales team to ensure ongoing follow-up of accounts receivable from clients where there are constrainsts in receiving payments
Generate financial reports and trends on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis for management and operations
Work with consultants to facilitate statutory, compliance and internal audit
Proactively analyze financial reports to identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities
