Sr. Android Developer Jobs in Hyderabad - OSOS Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Android Developer with experience in building high performing and scalable mobile applications.

The candidate shall be responsible for:

·       Designing and building an advanced application for Android platform with latest OS in different screen sizes.

·       Designing application around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”.

·       Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application and use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.

·       Collaborating with the team to define, design, and ship new features.

·       Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, and fix bugs.

·       Help in maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.

·       Having knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

·       Understanding business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

·       Working with outside data sources and APIs.

·       Having familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

·       Benchmarking and optimization.

·       Implementing Google Android design principles and interface guidelines, esp. Google Maps.

·       Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

·       Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability work on the bug fixing and improving application performance

·       Continuous integration.

·       Constantly discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualification:

·       Total relevant work experience should be 4-6 years

·       B.Tech CS/IT or  MCA or equivalent

·       Strong in Android Components

·       Experience in the MVVM, MVC, MVP for client-side implementation

·       Dependency Injection, ORM, Rx java/Android, GIT

·       Networking Library-Ok HTTP, Retrofit, Volley

·       CICD tools, JUnit test cases, Design Patterns, Kotlin

·       Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON including through experience of Services Oriented Architecture.

·       Shippable SDK, Security, Performance, App Distribution experience

·       Social Logins integration

·       Google android design principles and interface guidelines, esp. Google Maps

·       Cloud message APIs and push notifications

·       Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN

·       Experience in Analytics, Firebase, Charts and Google Maps
