Sr. Developer (4-6 Years)
B.E. / MCA / BCA / Diploma Comp Sci., IT
Responsibilities :
- Ability to work with diverse development teams and methodologies.
- Communication between Team and Technical Mgmt. on day-to-day basis.
- Prepare technical standards, documentation, design methodology, training schedule for Junior team members, Design Patterns, etc.
- Code review & validation of team members as per defined standards and encourage team members to design of data structure and prepare relevant documentation.
- Assist Support Desk defect tracking & fixing.
- Collaborating with business analysts and development team to design various modules within Application Framework.
- Working closely with analysts, designers, marketing and support staff.
- Plan software development lifecycle phases.
