Job Title: Storekeeper
Department: Inventory & Supply Chain
Location: Flat no.A.7 Sukhwani park 3 rd floor North main Rd Koregaon park Pune 411001
Reporting To: Operations/Inventory Manager
Position Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for efficiently managing the storage, receipt, issuance, and record-keeping of skincare products, consumables, equipment, and clinic inventory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all clinics have timely access to necessary materials while maintaining proper stock control and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:-
Receive and inspect all incoming materials for quantity and quality.

Maintain proper records of goods received and issued (manual and digital).

Organize, label, and store inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.

Maintain accurate inventory logs and conduct regular stock audits.

Issue stock to various clinics and departments as per requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and notify for reorder when quantities run low.

Follow FIFO/LIFO methods for stock rotation.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the storage area.

Coordinate with the procurement team for purchase and restocking activities.

Handle returns, damaged goods, and expired products as per SOP.

Support during monthly or quarterly audits.

Familiarity with inventory management systems or tools (Excel, ERP).

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and basic numerical ability.

Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight packages.

Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

Full-time position.

Based at central warehouse or specific clinic branch.

May involve inter-branch coordination or travel within the city.
