Stores Executive / Stores Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:-
- Stores set up
- Inventory Management
- Filling of GRN's after inspecting goods as per approved products list.
- Processing of invoices to accounts for timely vendor payments.
- Weekly and Monthly stores inventory for Costs calculations and proper stock mgmt.
- In charge of Materials Inward, Outward, Stock maintenance, stores Record's Maintain, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and making computerized entries for the related items.
- Maintain issues and receipts on daily basis.
