Job Summary
We are hiring counsellors to counsel & guide students about the study opportunities at Swabhav Techlabs
Responsibilities and Duties

Handle student walk-ins at the center.
Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
Capture student profile.
Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options (local and international) available.
Student conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the center.
Maintain appropriate student records in the enrollment system.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile:

Fluent in written and spoken English Customer Service Orientation Counseling skills Maturity to handle students and aspirants with work experience Good Analytical skills
Educational Qualification: UG (Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND PG (Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization) Doctorate not required, but will be an advantage Total Experience: 1-2 Yrs
