As SAP Basis Specialist, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. What will you do
- Responsible for SAP incoming tickets and resolve client requests
- Preparation for new or updated SAP services, management of the change process, management of performance of SAP systems and services
- Apply their SAP technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of SAP products and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS domain
- Proficient in system administration and health checks, job, spool and printer administration, Kernel and SP upgrades
- Proven Experience in Installation of SAP products, Strong Troubleshooting skills on SAP
- Ability to partner with the business teams and understand application integration requirements
- Experience in working with the customer IT and business team to plan capacity addition requirements and dynamically improve stability of SAP systems
- Demonstrated experience to manage Early Watch report analysis and knowledge of platforms like SAP HANA, Upgrades and Migrations
- Working knowledge in sizing including SAP HANA along with expertise in in TSAM, DB2, WebSphere Application Server
- Validated expertise to implement SAP systems and SAP installations, upgrades and maintenance
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
- Prior experience in ECC, BW, BI, EP, XI/PI, CRM, SRM and SAP Solution Manager 7.1
- Demonstrable experience in administering both ABAP and JAVA stack systems with Netweaver Architecture along with SAP Improvement packages installation
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
