Job Description
- BE/B.Tech (CS/ IT/ IS/ EEE/ ECE), B.Sc (CSE/ IT), BCA/ MCA from 2017- 20 batches with 60% in Highest Qualification.
- Analyzing complex service related problems and recommending solutions accordingly.
- Provisioning for Service customization and service preparations
- Performing bulk configuration requested by Clients
- Data comparison between various platforms to prevent anomalies.
- Setting up various network profiles for various clients.
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Linux – Intermediate Level
- SQL – Intermediate Level
- SS7 – Intermediate Level
- Knowledge of Database– SQL, ORACLE
- Knowledge of GSM
