Job Description
- Detailed understanding of configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environment
- Configure / Maintain servers, applications, updates, and develop processes and procedures that fulfil the support of secure systems
- Ensure the 24/7/365 availability of all systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
- Trains technical staff in how to use new software and hardware developed and/or acquired.
- Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support
- Supervising the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users
- Establishes guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host computer operating systems, disk arrays, fibre channel switches, tape libraries and other components.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts environment
- Review new technology according to company direction
- Any other duties as assigned by management
