Job Description
- The Next BIG Project - We are now expanding our offerings into other domains (Product & Marketing) and help organizations build a distinctive advantage with a strong team. Our platform will be the key success factor to expand to multiple domains across the board. Through this expansion plan, we plan to become a full stack Recruitment Partner and the only source our clients will ever need.
- We are looking for smart and passionate talent acquisition professionals to join us in our sourcing team.
- You should be much tech savvy to use a wide spectrum of digital and social platforms.
- You will continuously build and increase the strength of our network by reaching out to top professionals.
- You will work as a part of our core sourcing team and need to scale up fast to adopt our processes and deliver.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing- Come up with innovative ways to tap into varied digital recruitment platforms and connect with potential candidates through emails, messaging, cold calling. You will need to hunt, reach out, build trust, influence and finally convert top candidates to join our clients.
- Account Management- Support account managers to ensure a smooth and process driven approach to recruitments.
- We work with more than 500 candidates on a daily basis and the complete effectiveness of our approach is in the ability of people managing the process.
- Process Improvement- For our next big project, you will need to do extensive research about our Users and Competitors.
- You will be interacting with Marketing Managers and founders from various companies to get insights to their marketing needs and integrate the findings into our core offering.
- This will require you to coordinate between the Company and Creative professionals, work with them throughout the execution cycle of any projects and identify what makes for the WOW Factor.
