Job Description – Team Leader (Sales)

Experience: 2–5 Years
Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.

• Set daily/weekly sales targets and ensure achievement.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

• Generate leads and support the team in converting them into sales.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

• Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably with team handling experience.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
