Job Description
s a Team Leader, you will be primary responsible to role model and supervise your team members.
You will have to efficiently balance all tasks upon guests arrival at the Spa, to create memorable spa experiences and a seamless, departure experience.
You will be responsible for maximizing associates productivity through multiskilling, flexible scheduling and unique bespoke training and development plans for each of team member..
You will also be responsible for day-to-day management activities, to grow memberships and loyalty to position the Spa at Andaz Delhi as a distinct destination.
