Adeeba E Service is an International Inbound BPO catering its service in the international market since 2014. We are looking for experienced candidates in Inbound Tech Support Process:

• Designation: Sr Tech Support Executive
  
• Salary: 12000 - 26000
  

Qualification:

• Candidate must be comfortable in English
  
• Candidate must be experienced in Tech Support calling
  
• Candidate must know how to take remote access and troubleshoot technical related problems
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate must know how to take remote access and in troubleshoot technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad.
  
• Closing Tech Support pop-up calls or PPC calls of both MAC and Windows
  
• Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
  
• Convincing the customer and Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
  

Benefits:

• Salary on 1st of every month.
  
• Fixed salary ( Salary is not based on targets)
