Job Description
Position: Technical Support Executive
Job Description:
1. Deal directly with customers and Our Field Engineers either by call or electronically.
2. Handle and resolve customer and Field Engineers Issues
3. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
4. Follow up on customer interactions
5. Should have Knowledge in Home appliances (Eg Smart TV, Refrigerator, AC, Washing Machine,
Mixer, water purifiers etc.)
Requirement
1. They Should have their own Mode of commute. (Bike or Scooty)
2. They are presently staying in Bangalore. (Mandatory)
3. They should Have Broadband or Wifi Connection at Home (They will be working from Home after
20 days of training is done, for which they have to come to the office.)
4. 3 months of Contract. (Possibility of extension based on performance)
5. Languages: English, Hindi and any South Indian Language (Min. 3 language)
