· Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
· Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.

· Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Chennai on technical queries and other issues on Tally ERP and give them the right solutions.
· Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
· Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
· Train the user on Tally ERP and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
· Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
· Good Knowledge in Tally/Accounting.
· Good Communication Skill.
