Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience working as a technical writer
- 1+ years of experience working with stakeholders to understand technical solutions for business requirements
- 1+ years of experience with online help documentation (we use MadCap Flare)
- Self-directed and motivated learner and thinker who is not afraid to define new documentation processes
- Experience working in a healthcare environment (ideally with exposure to health plan services concepts)
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
