We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective customers over the phone, provide product or service information, and generate interest or sales leads for the organization. You will also handle incoming calls, respond to customer queries, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. This is a performance-driven role that offers great learning opportunities in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers using prepared scripts, contact lists, or leads provided by the company.

Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company’s products or services.

Generate sales leads or appointments by identifying customer interest and needs.

Follow up on previous calls to maintain interest or finalize sales.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Receive incoming calls from existing or prospective customers.

Answer questions, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information about products/services.

Redirect calls to appropriate departments if required (e.g., technical support, billing).
3. Customer Relationship Building

Build rapport with customers by engaging them in meaningful and respectful conversations.

Handle customer concerns and objections professionally and empathetically.

Maintain a positive and friendly tone during all interactions.
4. Lead Management

Update and manage customer information, call logs, and feedback in the CRM system or Excel sheets.

Track the status of leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversion rates.

Share hot or qualified leads with the sales or field teams for further processing.
5. Sales Support

Promote ongoing offers, discounts, or schemes as per marketing campaigns.

Encourage customers to take action such as booking a service, purchasing a product, or scheduling an appointment.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
6. Market Feedback Collection

Record customer feedback, objections, and preferences to help improve service quality and marketing strategies.

Report recurring customer issues or complaints to supervisors or relevant departments.
7. Compliance and Quality Control

Follow the organization's communication guidelines and call scripts.

Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal policies while handling customer information.

Participate in regular training sessions and quality reviews to improve call handling skills.
