Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

2. Set individual sales targets with sales team

3. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

4. Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

5. Willing to Travel (Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

6. Provide the best possible solution to customers.

7. Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals

8. Hardworking and efficient.

9. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

10. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

11. Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals

12. Achieve the Target & Close the Deal with Clint and process the all Sales Cycle
